About the Job 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to play a key role in driving business growth, building client relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads, as well as new potential partnerships, through networking opportunities, cold calling, and online research.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners by understanding their unique business goals and challenges.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and customized proposals that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms and actively close business deals to ensure favorable outcomes and promote sustained company revenue.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and the successful closure of deals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct continuous research to analyze market trends and competitor behavior, and identify new business opportunities and emerging trends. This may also include advising leadership on possible joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of all sales initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, any related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3+ years of experience in sales or business development. A background in B2B, E-commerce, digital marketing agencies, or software companies is highly preferred, and relevant industry experience (such as Real Estate) may be considered a plus.
  • Proven Track Record: A demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, successfully close deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Core Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with strong influencing abilities to guide decision-makers
